面具嘉年華 — 第一章：皮亞羅的魔鬼之舞

A VR experience that, through dance and a mask, takes the user on an immersive journey, exploring the stories and origins of the Píllaro Devil Dance in Ecuador, a traditional festivity in the middle of the Andes mountains. The mask will be the element that allows access to this magical world, which will be modified according to the interaction and dance skills of the participant. It is an immersive space for having fun, being entertained, and learning through bodily expression and movement. The story will explore a celebration considered one of the most important in Ecuador and declared an intangible cultural heritage of the country. The user will become part of the party and follow three dance steps. Each step will reveal the symbols that are part of the Diablada, such as the origins, the rebellion against the conquest, the syncretism that has been forged over the years, the struggle between the town's groups, and the possibility of liberating the body and soul through dance.
