《Encounters》is a multi-user VR experiment, by the concept of Anthropocene to build an overlapping experience about the development of human beings & modern civilization. Divided into four chapters: The Crowd, The Birds, The Colossus & The Epilogue. Audience can feel the intention of water & experience various interactions with virtual bodies, such as: gesture recognition, voice recording, etc. Through this, audience can feel that behind fruitful achievements of human civilization so far, it also creates various dilemmas & negative situations that need to be faced by society & the natural environment. The aim is to rediscover the thread of a simple, apparently naive idea, that of concerted collective action, resulting from dialogue and, above all, from listening. On this uncertain in-between, each individual & culture makes its own interpretation, one can rise spiritually or sink, putting the experience in abyss & remind us that any solution only come from ourselves to work together.
