In his dream, he arrived at what felt like the afterlife. Beyond the silent Sleeping Moon Line station lay an endless wilderness. There, he met her.
She led him through a timeless world, where hunger and thirst vanished. She never spoke of herself, only listened. Sometimes, he woke up lonely, fearing the dream might fade.
The Sleeping Moon Line, drawn from Natsume Sōseki’s works, marks the edge of dreams and reality. In 1906, Kawano Shotaro, captivated by a moonlit forest in Taiwan, stayed near its future path. Now abandoned, its tracks sleep beneath overgrowth—like a forgotten dream.
To enter this world is a gift. Don’t fear the end—cherish the journey.
